Become a Foster Parent

By becoming a Foster Parent, you are helping us to provide for this wonderful animal. In order to become a Foster Parent, you must have a soft place in your heart for one of our resident animals that has special needs, and for the fight for the well being of all animals globally. Foster Parent benefits include knowing that the animal you sponsor is getting the best possible care throughout their lifetime. You also will receive many Foundation benefits such as our quarterly newsletter, special updates on your animal's progress and passes to the Foundation so you can see their progress up close. Help us make a difference in the life of the animal of your choice!

We have a number of different Foster Parent Plans available, so choose the one you like the best and help us make an animal's life great. Below is a listing of the different Foster Parent programs that we have available, and applications for the Foster Parent program are available at the Sanctuary or by calling (530) 533-1000.

1. Student - Foster Parent $100 annually
   Individuals only can qualify for this category and will receive special online recognition, quarterly newsletters, updates on Sean′s progress and 2 free passes to the Foundation.
   
2. Family - Foster Parent $250 annually
   Families are encouraged to join with a Family Sponsorship. This includes special online recognition, quarterly newsletter, updates on Sean′s progress, a photo and free passes for up to 4 family members. This is a wonderful gift category for a special family in your life.
3. Supporting Foster Parent - $400 annually payable in $100 increments
   This exclusive program is a unique on-going supportive position payable at quarterly intervals. It includes all the benefits of the "Family" category and a special plaque of recognition on the Foundation grounds.
4. Business, Group and Organization Foster Parent - $1000 annually for large animals, $500 for small animals
   Businesses are encouraged to "adopt" Sean in this category. You will receive special online recognition, special acknowledgement in our newsletter, at our offsite presentations and a plaque on Foundation grounds. Your business will receive a photo of your animal and entitle your business, group or organization to special group tour rates for employees or members.
